- Wide temperature scans in heat, cool, heat cycles, generated by up to 120 thermocouples arranged in several layers. This multi layer, multi star ceramic sensor has increased thermal conductivity, fast response and hence high sensitivity. 

​

- From the heat flow measured, melting point (Tm) and/or glass transition temperature (Tg) is determined.
